Welcome to RoadReady: California DMV Test Prep (“the App”). By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RoadReady, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use on your compatible iOS device.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app’s source code
- Sell, lease, or sublicense the app to others
3. Content & Accuracy
The App provides practice questions and study materials based on publicly available California DMV content. While we strive to keep the materials accurate and current, we make no guarantees of correctness or completeness.
Always refer to the official California DMV resources when preparing for your license exam.
4. In-App Purchases
RoadReady includes a one-time purchase to unlock full access to premium features. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store.
Once purchased, content is unlocked permanently on your Apple ID. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple’s policies.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.
6. No Warranty
This app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy. Use of the app is at your own risk.
